“Stew’s “how to leadership book brilliantly outlines a path to become a leader. A simple “easy-to- get-into A-Z format guides your journey. Challenge yourself to improve your leadership skills. Well worth reading and artfully structured. Stew’s primer is a prospective leader’s guide to success.”

Patricia McMorrow

“The book has many useful suggestions for leadership. The information and questions have encouraged me to apply some of the lessons in my daily life and with my church group. My sons, 18 and 16, have enjoyed reading the book as well. If they focus on behaving as leaders, they will become better men.”

Lenin Rincone

“Stew has done double-duty with this book on leadership. Breaking down the many characteristics of leadership alphabetically, while in the same space, clarify how a leader like Trump uses them to become successful in both real estate and politics.”

Kevin Dougherty

The descriptive 26 “lessons” are presented in a classic A-to-Z format. Why? This methodology helped all of us learn valuable facts while we were mastering the alphabet. Isn’t it likely this uncomplicated method will enhance your ability to lead? As a professional who has led seminars for executives, consulted with leaders, and taught college-level students, I’d stake my reputation on it.

AUTHOR’S NOTE:

A reasonable person may ask, “Why do you use Donald Trump as the consistent example?” My response is, “We use Donald Trump as a practitioner for every attribute discussed because he’s as well-known as any current or past leader. Before politics, he became a leader in the tough and challenging fields of Real Estate and TV. As a politician, he’s earned the votes and allegiance of over 70,000,000 American citizens, emerged victorious in brutal fights with his opposition, and was elected President of the United States…..twice.

Even if you find Trump personally distasteful, you’ll benefit from this book. Military officers at war study the previous actions and tendencies of their opposing generals, and coaches of sports teams learn from others in their profession. As I specify in the book, “I come neither to falsely praise Donald Trump nor to bury him.” If you’re a fan of The Trumpster, he’s a positive role model. If you’re a critic, consider him as a descriptive prop.
